כבוד הרב שלום, אני אישה יהודיה אשר הייתה נשואה לגבר "גוי" ונולד לנו ילד משותף. אני גרושה 7 שנים ונמצאת בזוגיות עם גבר רווק יהודי. אנו עומדים בפני החלטה של נשואין ולידת ילד משותף. ברצוני לשאול אם יוולד ילד לפני נשואין יחשב כממזר? והאם ניתן לערוך טקס חופה וקידושין? תודה מראש

א) הילד שנולד לך מהגוי נחשב יהודי - ביהדות הזהות של האמא קובעת.
ב) ילד שנולד לפני נישואין אינו ממזר , אבל עדיף להתחתן ולא להמשיך לעבור עבירות
ג) הרמב"ם כותב: "גוי ועבד שקדש בת ישראל - אין קידושיהן קידושין".
